Thanks Frank, and thanks lads. Have to say I really am so chuffed with my wee hen. She was in my first five from my first race this year and then next three races she has been my first every week, probably around top 50 in the fed last week too. not bad for an unraced yearling. The icing on the cake is she is from Franks doos and that really does mean so much to me. he told me he would chase them on their way and he has kept his word. Have to say I was a bit emotional driving home after clocks tonight and just wish he could have been one of those I was phoning with my news.

You should be proud of your and your bird performance Oban is not an easy place for birds to race to but more so proud that you got the bird in winning condition well done . Most folk on here won't know where Oban is if not near parkhead or ibrox lol .

when i was going up the motorway past Glasgow Airport the other day i looked over at the hills and mountains and wondered how you get a doo to get up through that to get to Oban,well done.

Just googled the route from Oban to Alexandria, it gave me 77mls or nearly 2hrs!

How many of us would be willing to do that every week to put a few doos away?

Already congratulated ally on phone yesterday ,and told him it was a fantastic performance ,might even top the fed , if so he deserves a medal . Well done pal .ps he text me yesterday saying I've one on loft the b@@ger won't come in , I first though that's good big man then I realised his distance and thought that could beat me then it was its beating me easily ,and told all the guys at checking they were the same until I told them about how many miles we give him ,it changed to WOW that's brilliant well done .
