peter pandy Posted June 25, 2015 Report Posted June 25, 2015 In my opinion and if I had my pick of any bird in the race I would undoubtedly choose Robert Hamilton's bird from Cambus which was 1st Section "D" flying roughly 75 miles further North West from Ayton getting 35 miles overfly and no other bird within 20 miles beating it. Now that to me is quality.

robbiedoo. Posted June 25, 2015 Report Posted June 25, 2015 Well done to everybody that made the result.T I might be a wee bit biased but the best performance in this race was by Glen Cameron of Aberdeen only 4 doos on the day in to the North section and he. Had 2 of them in the top 80 open places also 1st and 2nd North section jmho.

tyson Posted June 25, 2015 Report Posted June 25, 2015 I get 15mls overfly from Ayton but if youtake them for a toss to there it will take them around an hour they have a big advantage flying down there but it was still a good performance I agree with andy the Edinburgh doo had to be out in front of the Ayton birds to be in at that time olso some of the other birds flying further north
