alec guinness Posted March 2, 2014 Report Posted March 2, 2014 "Rose of Alton" Still trying to upload images with some help!! Had a lovely wee bonus for me and dad last Friday at the Bonnybridge HS presentation night where we were presented with a new trophy in the club for first bird SNFC Alencon 2013 won by our good silver award hen "Rose of Alton" This is not a new trophy but a trophy presented by the SNFC to Mr Lou Horsburgh from Ecclefechan for 1st open Rennes 1963 won by his champion hen "Fechan lass" this was given to our club by the Horsburgh family and feel proud that our hen is the first name on this trophy which was won just over 50 years ago by the above famous "Fechan Lass"
