Whats the point of this service if there are so many don't phone there pigeon in!!!!I think it should be compulsory to phone your bird in within an hour of timing, especially at the channel races!!

I tried to phone it from my mobile and it said this number is blocked speak to yer network provider...never tried it fae my landlines mind you

use the new benzing live which would do it for you if it takes off i think

got to agree with you del it should be compulsory but i would give it a 4 hour window for guys that are working shocking at the amount of guys on the result that never phoned there doo in ,it should be an honour to phone your doo to get on the libline and give the doo the credit it deserves can not understand these people :emoticon-0127-lipssealed:

Derek I know three old fanciers I talk to on the phone on a regular basis but on a race day after liberation they turn off their phones . All three of them want to believe they have won the race until the what we used to call the clocks are opened. When you pay your money the choice is yours

I would love to phone in but am profoundly deaf so how would that work

And before u say it why should I get someone to do it for me what if no one is around so there may be many reasons why some people can't do it

Down in Engerland at all National races, birds, when being rubbered are wing stamped with a 4 digit exclusive number and on arrival you MUST within 1 hour give time, ring number and wing stamp number. Failure to comply is automatic disqualification and no excuses are tolerated. Now what is wrong with that as it is the most secure way to stop any possibility of cheating.. Derek is correct as it removes DOUBT in a diplomatic way..

good post Peter when in p/ship with my late mate Bob Reeves jnr down in Devon .he had his phone at the allotment ready to phone , it was a must you phone in with the wing stamp number with in the hour, we were lucky on quite a few occasions .I agree wholeheartedly with DELBOY why be so secretive.
