No matter what time of the year it is I will always have a pocket of peanuts when I go to my lofts. :)

Not many good peanuts on the go at the moment.the only ones I.be seen are the pale and dry.would. of feed them to the wild birds,given to the pigeons when I like them.lol

Like billy 99 always have a pocketful wander round perches giving one each keeps them on the easy side and get to have a good look at each as I go along handling to odd one .Ofcourse there's usually one on my head pecking away at the hat wanting an extra peanut and ive been out wi nuts in my pockets gees me something to fumble aboot wi and have a laugh about in the pub ..

Virtually all the Peanuts I have seen at feed places and super markets are unfit for humans and only good for the wild bird feeders so if thats what you want to give your athletes off the sky then carry on.

The peanuts I give my birds are for human consumption and come in vacuum packed 25 Kg bags at £62. They are moist and sweet, with a shelf life of 12 months but never last that long.

Wife and lassie feed them to the celibate cocks and anything that lands on their shoulders lol

From health food store ,the owners think they are wonderful customers and have started selling big bags

We don't feed as many as we used to due to the quality on offer, but we buy them from Holland & Barret which is expensive and even some of them aren't that great.
