We had an outdoor pond with koi but filled it in when the grandchildren came along.

The cost of running outdoor pumps in a large pond would be prohibitive.

Kept tropicals for about twenty year,packed them in maybe twenty years ago.

Had a plastic molded one up until about 6 year ago ,about 10 ft long by 5 had some nice fish as well.

Have Sarasa Comets in self built, timber raised pond. Thinking of adding another this year in case they decide to breed !!

Just got shot of my tank gave it to my big m8 . He's got sheds out his back with what I would call show tanks the set/up he's got is unbelievable.

Ive over 200 tanks but its not my hobby, 35 long years ive done tropical and marine fish, in fact tonight I'm going to spend an hour putting in an order to Singapore for delivery on Friday..........Anyone want to buy a fish business ?

I have a 4.5m X 2 m pond at a 1m deep approx 17 blue orfs also newts frogs toads lol thinking of extending it by 3m this winter and a ft deeper so I can invest in some koi.

I have some tropical in the house. They were my sons, but he lost interest. The other boy is relatively keen. Nothing fancy, just a community tank.

Only one left in the tank,a tiger barb.not fussy what he eats,now that all the other inmates have been eaten.peas,beans,sweetcorn,bread,worms,maggots when I go fishing.
