How many did you start the season with and how many is left so far?

 

I had 19 cocks 11 hens now left with 5 in total... I have raced up to 540 I use the term raced loosely as ive done sheite lol

Talking to a local fancier started

with 82 racers left with 8

he lost 26 in Middleton app 160 miles

No wonder people are leaving our sport

Started with 26 have 8 left 4 of them latebreads which 2 were stopped Appleby,one Middleton and one uttoxeter,others went to upper heyford and Ypres,I'm only trying to find my feet this season n had ma highs plenty lows but will need to be carefull with ybs to make sure I've got some kind of team for next season..note to self..MUST DO BETTER!!! :animatedpigeons:

Yeah I dropped 9 from that race from 21 maybe I should a shut up shop at that point

Yeah I dropped 9 from that race from 21 maybe I should a shut up shop at that point

Aye dropped 8 masel Middleton,my birds flew ok till Warwick then dropped form which I noticed but still raced on..( head in the clouds) :emoticon-0179-headbang::emoticon-0179-headbang: ,Warwick was my target race as only had yearlings but had good race from it and head got above my station.lol

Racing loft 23 pairs 7 birds left , natural loft started 12 pair 10 doos left , I have killed a few but made my biggest mistake 30 yearlings untrained or raced as ybs I have maybe 6 left , not looking forward to the ybs but all will have at least 3 races sod the moult .

My down fall the same doos raced more or less every week burning the candle at both ends

I tried splitting ma birds for races after Warwick n that didnae work for me m8,so what u think the answer?im taking responsibility for my second half of the season as I've got same birds as my old man but nowhere near performances..bad loft management from me :unsure::wacko:

Started with 20 w/hood cocks, to date have dropped 4. Have sent 3 tonight to Thurso, our last race.

started racing with 30 cocks, still have 25 left and they have tried hard for me this season winning 7 1st prizes out of the 10 races we've had. here is hoping that the yb seasin will be good with few loses!! Atb guys!

Started training 48 birds now have 10.. 6 damaged with hawk racing with Midland Fed..I will never be subjecting my birds to the West route ever again and would rather pack it in if that was the only alternatative.

Started with 28 I have 6 left 4 of whom are hawked guys in our club who have years of experience racing doos couldnae finish the programme others have lost in excess of 50 doos this year
