Yes im gutted all the cocks are gone 30 of them all our old walkingshaw

birds the 2 old plannet loon cocks and the double grandchildren of toey vanreets . All ireplacible . They have also taken an old world war 2 basket aswell . The hinges to the stock hens door are bent but they never got in so not sure if they been disturbed or gave up .

Im gutted and not sure what i will do now the thought of whats missing makes me fell sick

No always feel safe here del , a lot will be impossible to replace going back the 80,s in a few generations, the hinges on the hens section door are bent but never got in there so dont know if they been disturbed or gave up , there is nearly always some one in here at house but we were all out till 10 last night ,but dont know if it was then or during the night

The walkingshaw birds are reds mealies and dark chqs and dak chq wf , they are very distinct being long caste birds with very big wattles and bold heads ,

 

the ring numbers are 1 of gb 2000 d and the rest are all gb 05 d and gb 06 d

 

the plannet birds medium blue cocks gb 99 h and gb 2001 h

 

will put more up tommorow and i think i have some pics of the walkingshaw birds on my old computer

 

these birds are very distintive having big bold heads and big wattles and ceres i have not seen birds like them here for 30 yrs so if you know anyone who has aquired some new stock please let me know

BIRDS LIKE THEM RAB ARE RARE WITH OR WITHOUT RINGS
