I have to hand it to the SFA they are starting the way the mean to go!

She has a full diet sheet and diary of eating and exercise, a drugs sheet of whats exceptable and whats not like inhalers and stuff, no chewing gum, no IRN BRU!!!!! 8/9hrs sleep a night and the best yin..................REST......lots of it!!!!

 

Good job she does nowt round the hoose anyway!!!!!!
