Yeah confusing as 28th will allow training but what old or young birds? And No racing yet grr so what’s the point.
b.massey Posted May 25, 2020 Report Posted May 25, 2020 Yeah confusing as 28th will allow training but what old or young birds? And No racing yet grr so what’s the point. We just plan to start the youngsters off Old birds are doing an hour so if green light for old bird racing happens I’ll just give the cocks/hens 1 each so good to go if we can
hotrod Posted May 25, 2020 Report Posted May 25, 2020 Going with what’s happened south of the border training then racing 3 weeks later . And imho old or youngsters training it’s up to you what u train is it not ?

And imho old or youngsters training it’s up to you what u train is it not ?Yes Hotrod i agree its up to me what i train but my point is i wouldnt like to concentrate say on young birds when we are going to get old bird races first or vice versa ,as it would give us 3 weeks only to get trained or less according to weather etc .

JohnQuinn Posted May 25, 2020 Report Posted May 25, 2020 http://www.snfc.co.uk/News/228 If you got a vote on what we should do what would you propose ?? That’s an open question to everyone not just George. Personally I would like 1 inland race fae Buckingham the Gold Cup and Ypres. Inland race 1st Sat in July and the other two the last two Sat’s in July.
DJL Posted May 25, 2020 Report Posted May 25, 2020 Maidstone 18th July and Gold Cup 31st July or 1st August. Remember if we don’t get racing until 20th June fanciers in Aberdeen and North won’t be across the border before first Saturday in July
