Racers Out On A Friday?

Just a question do members put their birds out for exercise on a Friday or leave them in the loft???

I leave in, I’d like to think it’s to save all the energy but I have no real reason other than I’d end up no getting them in for basketing 😂

I have given the hens a short 5 mile spin to the locked up cocks in the boxes on a friday before basketing them for the race early season when I was a lot keener in my younger days with good results.

Always let mine out cocks and hens,I don't train so Fridays fly is part of getting them ready for the race.

I keep them in as easy to basket them but I’m letting my young birds out first thing in morning

I let mine out for a wee flee in the morning.

I let mine out early Friday morning for a fly around as long as its dry, any chance of rain they stay in the loft.

Never go out on a Friday, I think that and the early feed signals to them what happens that day as it breaks the routine

Always let them out when I flew natural,was advised not to now on round about,so I don't.
