Novice Posted December 22, 2016 Report Posted December 22, 2016 Think there an old family like dal says don't think there many or any pure about . And Yes they were good pigeons .think there's one on elimar just now a red cock . Is it not a cross Stuart?I believe the Carlins had some up till recently. They will still be in this area.
Kyleakin Lofts Posted December 22, 2016 Report Posted December 22, 2016 There are quite a few advertise them for sale, but since Kirkpatrick and Dr Anderson imported them some time ago and Bricoux died some time ago, I very much doubt their ability to keep the strain pure. As Bussheart used to say, if they are in George's loft they are Busshearts, so what are Bricoux now?
blue pied Posted December 22, 2016 Report Posted December 22, 2016 Steven aitchison had bricoux in 2014. Probs still does now

paddymac Posted December 23, 2016 Report Posted December 23, 2016 Theres an old guy from Fleet outside London still has them, John Farrer. There was an article in one of the stud books around 2012 about his family of Bricoux pigeons and their results for himself as well as others. I have spoken to John several times on the phone, total gentleman.
