walterboswell59 Posted September 18, 2015 Report Posted September 18, 2015 just came over from having a blether with jim and netty and theres an old hen walking about the garden with my latebreds my heart skipped a beat it cant be but it is wee jenna down in alencon going for her silver award prob the best racing hen ive ever owned being 1st club 1st sect fed 84th sect snfc newbury 5th sect 11th open snfc clermont and 13th sect and well up in the open snfc alencon shes a bit bumped and battered but shes ok and only a 2012 bird so she can have another go next season thought she was gone for good what a bird to get back never say never guys cheered me right up

bullcock Posted September 18, 2015 Report Posted September 18, 2015 Great news, we all sepend the season looking for a lost favourite but usually never see them, we lost our silver award hen at 180 mile this year and we always look out for her but are certain she is dead, so a brilliant experience you have had, it's almost as good as winning in the National, we need more positive stories like this well done and hope she gives you a thrill next year.
