Good Morning the N.I.P.A. are in Roscrea this morning, and the proposed liberation time will be at 10-00am. I have spoken to the convoyer, and at this present time he has blue sky and sunshine, and little to no wind. It’s turning out to be a better day than first thought, so I will update accordingly when I get the birds released.
