You can use lemon juice ,but i prefer garlic oil ,just a splash and a put on the bw until all seeds are covered , great stuff geo , high in protien

i would imagine you would just shake it on the feed

but how much to give i would not know

 

is you say it must be good the greyhound guys give it canary men feed it

 

but what i really know is wheat germ oil is the buzz

We used to make it like a thick gravey mixed with lemon juice, it was applied on the corn and left on the boiler to dry, it was then like a block and crumbled and fed to them. That was before we used Zell oxygen

Dampen the corn first with a little garlic oil or lemon juice and then sprinkle on the brewers yeast and mix in, high in protein to help muscle repair and very rich in vitamins, especially B complex vitamins.

Cod Liver Oil can go rancid on feed if left in warm conditions ie; Summer.

Linseed oil is good,but its best kept in the fridge after opening and don't use it after 6 weeks

Think you've to be careful with oils in general not just cod liver.

 

Oils do have their benefits and if ye want to use a lot I think theres a good product to use along with them.It's Neal Frazer's Supachol,think its probably very similar to sedochol.

 

Blood purifcation,liver purification and it has a a high B12 content,which will work in conjuction with the minerals in yer linseed oil

There is *expletive removed* all wrong with CLO if used in moderation is hormoform not full of CLO. I have used CLO over the years and have had some good years using it.

Here is a true story regarding a ( Pigeon talk in) held in the olde club in tannochside a good few years ago. One of the guys on the panel had a good result from Nantes that year and to be honest it was his one and only decent result that year. He claimed he would not use CLO as it made his pigeons to sluggish. I had won 24 fed tickets that year USING CLO I felt like shouting out YOUR TALKING A LOAD OF CRAP but with me being a gentleman I held my tongue.
