When does payment online start I mean the rest of the world have been using online payments for years...Grow up are you running a business that we can be proud of or a laughing shop get with the TIMES .......

Kyleakin Lofts Posted June 14, 2017 Report Posted June 14, 2017 Nothing much more up to date than a bank transfer........paypal.....thats what's required Paypal is possibly the best system to adopt. The fancy does need to modernise, so Sandy has a great point.
gulkie Posted June 15, 2017 Report Posted June 15, 2017 I agree with the comments above but there's a lot of old timers that don't know what pay pal is Let alone use it ,plus they don't have the Internet .

paddymac Posted June 15, 2017 Report Posted June 15, 2017 It would make life a lot more easier, especially for those of us who work and are usually running at the last minute trying to get things sorted.
geordie1234 Posted June 15, 2017 Report Posted June 15, 2017 Down south I know guys go online the night before or week before and book their pigeons in and pay for them all online....would actually be easier for the national to plan ahead..ie baskets and transport etc

Worst system ever devised..

Roland Posted June 17, 2017 Report Posted June 17, 2017 Never mind the mind touting the Modern way ... Many older persons should still have the option of paying cash! Simple reality. Does the SNFC have people running their nationals that they can't trust them with a few quid!!!! The 'Cashier' could have a form for the purpose and log the cash, of his card / etc. for them. The older stalwarts have done more than their share for our so called sport and deserve the respect and curtesy of being able to have peace and ease of mind. They've earned it!!! No skin, or time loss for the SNFC to make things easier and more simple. Too many have their heads in the clouds ... up up their; place where the sun don't shine. Arrogance of trying, and a Flipping cheek trying to drag honest folks in to places not they are not familiar with, nor want! For what! Let them stay where they may feel uncomfortable. They will be gone soon enough mores the pity. I'll tell you what, I'd be more than happy, and full of trust, in letting me have their cash and writing out a cheque or card on their behalf! OR whatever! BUT THE SNFC and others can make it far, far, more easier than that. Time the swanks got of their high horses and remember what they look like on the toilet! Beside WHY should these stalwarts have the to have needless pressure put on them? After all, they are but very few left ... Another stupid act of so call times.

Roland Posted June 17, 2017 Report Posted June 17, 2017 aH WE HAVE THE BIAS WISDOM OF A 'John' EH! Per usual, no sensible reply - beyond his reasoning power obviously Just a course load of 'Short' bunkum. Nary a sign as to whether there maybe any merit --- Of course not, he can't Does he know, let alone understanding of the ways and wherefores of the elderly. How strange and worry they are, or may get, and too embarrassed to ask etc. Indeed the not needed pros and cons. Nah, he just tries to tag along with what another may think, whilst he sit forlornly of the site hoping to garner a dig at me, and others, of what he isn't able to understand, let alone have a sensible reason / reply of WHY he thinks as such! Never has yet! He hasn't learnt, yet, how to join a pigeon club it seems .. or if indeed he has a pigeon etc. of course. P.s John there is only one answer to why ....which is? So I'll leave you where you belong, on the side whilst you find a 10 year old who can explain and even educate you ... Nah, sorry! even thinking that, let a lone hoping, I could be in peril of being a John lol :emoticon-0140-rofl:
