ovy1255 Posted December 12, 2016 Report Posted December 12, 2016 Hi guys our midweek club in the north east race to same race point apart from one race with old birds and one with young birds, would be iinterested what your race program is.We race a little over 80 miles and as long as they dont get a bad race my young birds race all midweek and saturday races. We have a 6 bird limit on midweek racing no limit on saturday. We also have two any age races as old bird races end and young bird races start.Last year we had 19 members and when you join you pay if you send or dont so transport money is there.Losses over the last few seasons is less on midweek even though there is only a small liberation coming north. We basket on wed morning and birds are liberated not to get home before 5pm on a night unless weather dictates.BEST OF LUCK FOR 2017 SEASON.

Jim hannah Posted December 15, 2016 Report Posted December 15, 2016 No props van Hannah wot's the chances of get a loan of that big trailer you have on a Tues morningTam, we use the trailer 2-3 days a week weather permitting,it holds about 700 birds with maybe 30 members so you may need consider yournumber of members & the number of their birds they will be sending to determine what size of trailer you will need, obviously as the seasonprogresses the numbers will go down. The y/bs will have larger numbers. Hope this helpsJim Van Hannah
