hotrod Posted February 3, 2014 Report Posted February 3, 2014 What's the latest on the proposed Ypres international race ??It wasn't even spoke about at the AGM davie , the race program was passed and dates set ,the only race to be arranged is the long distance one as always .
Big Davie Posted February 4, 2014 Report Posted February 4, 2014 It wasn't even spoke about at the AGM davie , the race program was passed and dates set ,the only race to be arranged is the long distance one as always .Stuart, I know on a previous thread IB posted up various options with regards liberations which I thought would be put to the members, I don't like the sound of this if it was not discussed at the AGM and just hope we are not getting boxed into a single mass liberation which I am against, or maybe no other organisations have expressed an interest and it's dead in the water ?? Time will tell

Time will tell As you know the AGM changed the date of the race. There is also to be a meeting of the Ypres sub-committee 'soon' but its not been called yet. So its fair and honest to say right now I just don't know.

eastcoaster Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 When does Andy leave the post ? And who do we send our membership to? And it would have made more sense to have it sorted before Agm to save confusion .
Guest chad3646 Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 When does Andy leave the post ? And who do we send our membership to? And it would have made more sense to have it sorted before Agm to save confusion . dont you think there is plenty time for that
Delboy Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 When does Andy leave the post ? And who do we send our membership to? And it would have made more sense to have it sorted before Agm to save confusion . I think 4 applied for the job and were interviewed before the AGM .The interview team didn't think any of the applicants were suitable for one reason or another so the post was re advertised.
