mine was a day late, picked it up this morning.

I feel the problem lies with the distributor as the guys who have theirs by post had it on Thursday as scheduled.

Having said that mine has been late 3 weeks from 4 and to quote from an old fancier "you wouldn't sell me Tuesday's Daily Record on a Wednesday" I cancelled mine yesterday.

not on =pay and have it delivered but dont tell anyone thursday night i get visitors ,first thing they ask is where is the BHW.

still nice to have visitors.

No but they do sell Fridays BHW on a Thursday to the ones who have it delivered.

There's 3 of us get ours from local shop, usually Fridays, last few weeks its been Saturday, but this week - still waiting Sods law too. Usually nothing in it that I want to see, then Gareth puts a thread up on here about an Article in it ......

Shops are getting very unreliable, is it a ploy by the BHW to get fanciers to order by post .

 

Have now signed up to getting it by post as for a few weeks in September the BHW wasn't turning up until the following Thursday.

I have been getting my BHW by postal subsciption for at least the last25years,but it does not always arrive on a thursday!,and if not it will nomaly arrive on the friday.on many occasions i have phoned the BHW office to complain,and you get the same answer.QUOTE!A POSTAL SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT GAURENTEE A THURSDAY DELIVERY,THE MAGAZINES ARE PICKED UP FROM WELSHPOOL AT MID DAY ON A WEDNESDAY,and thats all they will tell you.me being a sad sort of chappie,it is a sickener,when it does not arrive on a THURSDAY MORNING!(EVEN THE POSTIE IS SCARED TO RING THE DOOR BELL IF IT,S NOT THERE ,AND BEFORE YOU SAY IT,NO!,I MEAN THE BHW NOT THE DOOR BELL! PS.IT DID ARRIVE ON THURSDAY THIS WEEK HIP HIP CHEERS

I'm on the South Coast, & get my BHW by Post on a Thursdays! But for the last 2 weeks not got it until the Friday.

I phoned the BHW all the BHW's are sent out from Welshpool on a Wednesday's.
