Guest cloudview
have to agree they are my type of distance bird ,shape and conformation wise , but im put off by the lack of winners in the pedigrees , most are generations away , but to the eyesign enthusiasts they must be a dream come true . so i think ill see how they perform for others first . swilcox
I don think he has raced for 10-15 years!!! They are very inbred to the Dolle!! Which was a good pigeon but he was born nearly 53 years ago!!!
Guest mick bowler
Looked like they not been raced for generations, the bird (Oude Dolle) detailed on the pics is a 1967 bird.
Delboy
These are the most beautiful Jan Aardens I have seen for many years. If they handle as good as they look then they could be very, very special

Chris Little
The best Aardens I have seen for a while Far too often I see some that will only do well in a show pen ;D
Delboy
Derek, dont mean to be disrespectful but I would prefer to fly them rather than handle them. If you are going to purchase a pigeon, the first thing you want is it to look good and handle good. You cannot deny that these pigeons look the business.Whether they fly, that is the question with every pigeon for sale. Guest frank dooman
Yes he was Robbie He has the best of the Van Geels another example you can get a mans birds but you cant get the man!!!!!!!!!
showman
Not so sure Michael Buijk was Marijn or Martha Van Geel's loft manager. They were great friends for many years, and Michael obtained many, many birds from the Van Geels. Michael would be the first to tell you his Van Geels are so inbred they need to be crossed, preferably to another Jan Aarden line.
Fair Play
That is what makes racing so unpredictable they may look good, feel good maybe even taste good but you will never know how good they are until the flaps are opened
Guest youngzimmy
i spoke to him on the phone on friday this family of pigeons has been cultivated over the last forty years as you can see by there similarity and the strength of the eye sign i am interested in buying some myself i think you could do worse than buy these birds quality
