and New North Amalgamation - all up together, scheduled for Saturday 12th - but Weather forecast a bit iffy, so might be Sunday

 

Would anybody like to hazard a guess at the number of birds in the race? To be honest it will be very much s guesstimate, as not everybody sends to these races

as they don't like the 'all up together'. A SW wind is forecast changing to SE and ESE

 

So my guess is 37,500 birds (it could be 10,000 either way!)

The actual number has been announced - we were all way out - it was much less than I thought - only 2 organisations taking part - UNC and Durham Combine
