There is a reference to the book in a post a few years ago on this site, but I'm unable to copy and paste and it is Victor Hugh Robinson

'All Alone' (or was it 'Home Alone?) was the star flying as he had answered 'What Wind would you like'? Answers was 'On the Nose'. The vendor was smart enough to miss quite a few pages, probably the ones with the juicy bits, or to lead you to think they are the ones with the juicy bits, but nevertheless, a very interesting read as far as it went.
