Y/b's Sickness Started

i have been convinced for a few years now that young bird sickness has a connection with the vaccination procedure my reason for thinking this is before we started vaccinating our youngbirds youngbird sickness had never been heard of in scotland im still trying to learn what the connection is or indeed if there is one i also think the disease has mutated over the past few years as what cured it before does not cure it now at one time the birds if left alone came through it in a week or two with no treatment now if left untreated many birds will die i would like to see our governing bodies shu rpra and others getting together and using funds that are wasted on c p like raptor alliance being put to getting some lab and not one that rips us off with cures that do not work to try and find a cure for this dreaded disease or maybe our basic members could donate a tenner a head to get a fund started and try to solve a problem that rears its ugly head every year im willing

Walter, I still donate £50 a month to CANCER and not nothing else, I have done for the last 15 years, to donate a £10 to try and find anything else out for pigeons is just a joke IMO, and I wouldn't ask anyone anyone to put there hand in there pocket relating to the problem. Maybe your magic POTION, will help with the cure, and all proceeds will help to solve this.

It's a result of Decades of fanciers treating across the board for illnesses they knew/know nothing about. Antibiotics given for this that and the next thing, still goes on now. We've been getting told for just as long tae stop using antibiotocs before we aw become riddled way diseases that antbiotics canny cure any more. But whit do 'They' know !! Jmo.

very good cem i to give to cancer also but it dont help the ybs problem no wonder the doo games f k d with no one willing to help themselves and my magic potion as you call it does not cure ybs nothing does that was the idea in trying to get something started to try and get the right people involved to find a cure but maybe you have a better idea

Roland I stopped racing my young birds many years ago when my ybs went down with it the day after the race,every yb was removed sorry to say but since I stopped yb racing I can assure you I have NEVER had ybs got to add no birds in the loft gets antibiotics or other junk.

 

Ditto, in that I've never had it ... It never ceases to amaze me that one can insulted and call one a liar because they tell the truth. FACT is MANY have never had y/b's.
