We are sending 3 2 cocks and a hen all have had 5 or 6 races and all were at Buckingham 287 mls a fortnight ago 1 landing at 9.15pm that night

The hens have been doing well round the loft in fact i let them out at 8am this morning then the older team of yb's at 8.10 then the younger team at 8.40 resulting in the hens flying 90 mins with the yb's keeping them going strong

Tomorrow i will only put the 3 of them out with the yb's and keep the birds for this weekend in

The one I think that's looking the best for it at the moment in my loft has had 8 races so far this season, it would have been 9 if our racing wasn't cancelled at the weekend due to the bad weather.

 

I didn't bother going to the race last season, but hoping for a good one this year. Good luck to all having a bash at it.

The cock I was talking about will be sitting 8 day eggs come basketting next week and is back with his favourite hen,he's been with a yearling hen all season so this is first nest of the year with the old hen-hopefully encourage a bit of keenness in him. Ye can only try.

Think it will be 3 my great hope young leb is not where I would like him and had to cull his big yb ,gave them all a 40 ml single up from the brothers and look well but not as confident as I should be .
