VMS Posted June 25, 2015 Report Posted June 25, 2015 I think the secty had enough to do producing a result for the weekend race with a huge entry of almost 4,800 birds on top of organising the race marking for the gold cup race. And doesn't. Deserve criticism. There was no criticism intended towards the secatary I appreciate that theirs a lot of work going on with the result and the race marking for the gold cup.just feel that it would have took minutes to update the web page onto the next race.

tyson Posted June 25, 2015 Report Posted June 25, 2015 birds should be up tomorrow s.w.wind rain should start to clear by the time birds reach Scotland Saturday does look the better day but with the humid air there is a big chance of fog on channel and up through England and birds that don't make it on the night Friday have a good chance on the Saturday morning making home all the best to all who are competingforecast for france Saturday north west winds

Guest Jamsie Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 To me it looks like the North section members would have had little or no chance of timing today regardless of lib time so imo the controller made the right decision holding them. Wish he had the same foresight last year when we were the ones who libbed and got a stinker of a race !!!
