sapper756 Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 (edited) It won,t be long now until the 2011 season starts, so out of interest, which timing clock will you be using? You can tick more than 1 clock, as many fanciers often set a second clock. ALF Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 I WILL BE USING UNIKON ETS FOR OLD BIRDS BUT STILL UNDECIDED ABOUT WHAT TO DO WITH Y/B'S THIS YEAR I THINK I WILL JUST BE SENDING THEM AS TRAINERS TO A FEW RACES UP TILL 100 MLS
greenlands Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 T3 as a main clock with a STB as a stand by just incase of accidents.
sapper756 Posted March 6, 2011 Author Report Posted March 6, 2011 I will be using my Unikon Ets for all of the season, but will be getting my STB set for a backup at the SNFC races.
Guest IB Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 ETS old & young. No reliability issues, so won't be using a manual back-up clock.
Henrik Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 ETS old & young. No reliability issues, so won't be using a manual back-up clock.Always set a back-up for SNFC races as you never know what can happen.
THE FIFER Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 Unikon ETS all season might be just sending a few young birds with rubbers on as trainers so far
alec guinness Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 will be using my old stbs as per usual.
Rooster J. Cogburn Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 will be using my old stbs as per usual. same here if its not broken don't fix it
alec guinness Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 same here if its not broken don't fix it your spot on there lewis. :D
Rooster J. Cogburn Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 your spot on there lewis. :D I like the STBs but can see the advantages with the ETS. Otterburn with the old birds last year turned out to be a bit quicker than I expected.I was watching for the doos when I had a call of nature, thought I'd have time so nipped into the house when I came back out there was 8 doos in. The moral of the story-don't have a KFC Zinger tower meal the evening before an early liberation
