ALF Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 HOTEL WAS GOOD GREAT CRAIC AND BRILLIANT COMPANY COULD HAVE DONE WITH A WEE BIT MORE FOR BREAKFAST BUT THE HOTEL OWNER WAS STILL SERVING UP FREE SAMBUCA AT HALF 3 ON SUNDAY MORNING SO A GOOD TIME WAS HAD BY ALL 2ND TIME THERE AND HOPEFULLY BE BACK NEXT YEAR AGAIN

retired Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 Stayed at the Loreto (as advertised on Pigeon basics) very nice clean hotel with ezxceptional hospitality. Breakfast also very nice. Will defo be booking there for 2012

Guest TAMMY_1 Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 Hotel was first class,it was the Big Blue,rooms were big with all you needed,breakfast was as much as you wanted,dinner was a choice of menus with lovely food,there was no entertainment and we have been there 4 times in total[but not all for the show] and are defo going back there each year.

aye ready Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 stayed in the claremont for the 2nd year running great accomodation food etc,the only thing i find with the claremont is there is not much craic wit fanciers tending to stick in their own company decided not to re-book for next year maybe look at the lawton for 2012
TREBLE D Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 Booked into the loreto through the site,could not do enough for us £45 for 2 nights bb and me bowl of soup nd roll on return from show,15 mins walk from winter gardens or £6 taxi fare pity they didnt advertize earlyer so the pb members could fill it.
alec guinness Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 stayed at the central premier inn,linked to a brewers fayre next door,accomodation was great,food very good, very busy with doomen and sunderland fans and also a few suppliers versa laga and bucktons staying there,dinner and breakfast x 2 was £82,was with my young brother and pals who are non fanciers,maybe next year will stay at one of the doo hotels,had a good time though. :D
