I had an old red ch.cock 2001 ,but unfortunately a weasel or some such vermin got into my dookit a couple of months ago and killed 7 doos and the poor old buggar was one of them.He was as fit as a fiddle flying with the batch, maybe not as long as the rest but long enough,still filled his eggs.

My Avatar died a couple of months ago, a 2002 lad and I must say the lofts are not the same without him. My next oldest are five 2010 birds, two of these have been on open loft all their lives which is a miracle here, probably jinxed them now.
