WDA —mine under 3 hrs to do 186 miles from Huntingdon

79 miles from Huntingdon to Maidstone —-with you liberated at 7 and south east wind —we liberated at 7.50 ,your birds should be coming up country about same time as WDA birds if not together not far apart. Our second cut —consett birds will be liberated at huntingdon at 8 10

John I find unikon manager ok and use it with unikon link it’s free only do result never tried adding pools —easy to add other clocks to result but have to type them in but works out vel and adds to result.

Well had my first as I call it ,basket training tonight, got my whole team all 31 young birds basketed and left on my pram wheels for 15 mins then took a walk with the Pram to other side of house and up the football field ,left to settle and then liberated —all went well—thank god. Hope to do this all week as I think it builds confidence for the birds as well as me. As long as no problems I will step up distance next week. My birds don’t seem to go raking and as I am in the middle of a few houses I carnt flag my birds as they go roofing if I do so basket does it for me. Birds look well so am on a high as i won club Sunday and second fed as well as 20 pound nom and show bird pooled to £2 so fingers crossed. Hope all you guys are as upbeat as me about the new season Willl take pics if I think on tomorrow

You must ask yourself , when did you last fly doos over two water stretches ——they ask a lot of a young bird so when you look at losses it is relative to conditions and temperature.they aren’t in Scotland but I seem to remember a one loft race in Scotland where remaining competitors at final was small As for. Water they might leave birds to settle before water is added—when did we race in them temperatures
