I never thought of using a bike you never see them stuck in traffic do you ;D ;D but how would you carry them and surely you wouldnt be able to carry many boxes ? Thats a good idea though i wouldnt do it myself as ive never bin on a bike i dont really like them but if you knew someone who enjoyed riding them especially long journeys your laughing mate. On the holding issue not alot of fanciers like the idea as we looked into it mate but again thats where if you are a fancier yourself comes into it as then you know what your doing when it comes to handling the birds and feeding them etc etc. Wasa time when baskets were put on Bikes. like the Butchers Bike front and rack at back .... used to take my dad's birds like that. An ole fella, great charactor did same tll recently when turning 70. As for Moter Bikes, Gary and such still do.... but doubt it would be cost efective regards as a Courier. Flyingcourier. no prob, was thinking along same lines a you... we just word it diferently lol ;D

Going to happen, have to get over and accept it. Personally not bothered too much. A quid to know that they called in another loft. Was most likely fed and watered, and A. I can make a decision that might have been different if the Ring was intact. B. Have to accept that many Manual clockers, are making a point, and it is an unfair back door Job. Too late to change the rules, it is here to saty, so they have to get over it... or not in some cases it would seem. Have mine on the floor aside of me. Won't be set up till nigh all who want / can now afford it or whatever has one. I don't want any unfair advantages. So what if I lose a flipping ring? :-/ :-/ many are losing a lot more, not least races and positions, so yes I don't care if 10 out of ten come back without after I put mine on. Good luck to them... We will certainly be having the luck over them. So just as they are told to accept and get over it, time is we did too I guess. I was just stating flyincouriers@yahoo.com that one of the gripes was it would BE better if the courier was a Pigeon fancier, not that it was. Now many are still griping, even though some couriers ARE pigeon fanciers. Of course I take on board that a courier regardless whether a fancier or not. is more than capable of looking after and caring for the birds. No two ways about that.

I've done couriering... I sometime still help out mate when he has other things that prevent him from going. I was often ribbed, mostly in good fun granted, that I had shares in Amtrack. Why, because I would stick up for them left right and centre. Yes of course with the 1000's of birds being shifted weekly all over the country there was bound to be hic cups. Yes of course they sometime employed 'Drivers' who were clueless till they learnt better. Yes and the bigger the fleet, the more breakdowns, punctures, problems etc. Not neccessarily in ratio but by the average being increase via more vechiles. Now that doesn't mean that smaller companies don't get their' share! Of course they do, and this will continue to be so. So in reality, of all those who had cripes and moans, them fanciers whinging about Amtracks services etc. still whinge and moan. Even though the main difference now is that smaller companies are doing it instead of Amtrack. And mostly these are what the 'Fanciers' moaned about as well that 'WE' wanted pigeon fanciers and such to do it because THEY UNDERSTOOD our problems and needs. So there you have it! Now you've got it and them! Yet even now numskul and pardre are whinging and moaning. Mind anything above a fiver is robbery lol. ;D ;D ;DM

Far from it numpty01. I was, and now have clarified silly statements that you and others keep repeating about 'Committee members'. One minute you flippantly try to say you know who thay are, what they have done and you KNOW they didn't do this that and the other AND then ASK who they are :-/ :-/ Rather silly really. There are umpteens examples of this underhanded Wink wink nodd nodd, and after your last threat, they can only endorse any and all actions I have taken. So you may have the last word. Don't care really, for I won't be dragged down to silly uttering and rubbish you and others resorted to last WEEK - END bringing all of us pigeon faternity into disrepute. Yes a laughing stock. Fine Blackdog. And I of course have no qualms as to what and why you do, or believe. Only point I was making was A. I wouldn't want that for love or money. Have never used them or ever will. For reasons explained by two world renowned Vets and Pigeon fanciers. Hence the part you stated as if it was A. A good thing, and B. everyone would - pigeons - benefit. Think that's a bit much. Cat do not, DEFINATELY don't have a licence to roam. Is an ole myth. Alf Jones, and several others have knocked on nieghbours doors and explain this. Further saying just who do they think they are letting the cats on others property to foul it up etc. To screech and make hell of a racket out side their house! The norm reply is 'EH UM How can we stop them' Answer 'Don't know, nor do I care, but if they come on my property I could sue you, or hand you a dead cat back'. Yes has even been know to to knock a door and show them a dead cat saying 'Hope yours is not next'. works lol.

The reality is they can't do much, if anything at all. ... outside of making you feel uncomfortable and on edge waiting for the next c$ap notion. Had to get rid of the goats as I've often posted because folks 300 yards away complained :-/ I turned the goat / stable into a pigeon loft. Nipped around to the 'Do gooders' and friendly like wink wink nudge nudge if they would let me know on the Q.Y. if they heard anyone complain about my pigeons. I said I KNEW they wouldn't but if the did hear oat to let me know... as I'll wreck their car, windows and wreak havoc withem.... and made sure they all saw me go to their nieghbours house. Never a sqeak lol.

Tell that you only have the pigeons to help you change you old ways and hobby's. That your favourite nights use yo be Hedgehog Roasts Competitions and you supplied the Clay and rubber tyres to burn. That the Travellers and pikeys came from miles around to test their skills and eating. That it was a great night as the singing and dancing went on often till early next morning. Great days and nights.... ahh I do miss them nights... trouble was it soon beame 2 - 3 nights and the 45 till it was every night. Gosh them pikey's certainly know how to celebrate, and could park them Caravans etc. on a sixpence. They were good do's, police never ever came near of course... Then them Bank holidays... Gosh them bare knuckle tournements... great fights. Used to tell the police up front what was going to happen.... they were happy as long as they knew up front. Must have been, never ever saw a jam sandwich lol.

Pigeon won't crap whilst flying. Mind I don't know why don't think other wild birds never do! :-/ Suprised you asked for permission. Don't ask and it can't be refused. Mind most in Brussels are pigeon fanciers lol. If within certain confines, and height, the law of the Land says you can have one. Now No by laws, or local laws can override the law of the land.... Our Goverments laws. Further NO council rep can come and ask to see your lofts etc. if you don't want him in. May be they can write and you arrange a time when you have the Press and your reprosenative there. BUT they can't just walk in willy nilly. Yes one could tell if they are pigeons droppings. Johnny11 on here would be able to give you all the ins and outs regards that I should imagine.
