Seems to me that the masses here also talk blinkered cods wallop... Indeed I'd wager the real instigators, those that get things done and sorted / dusted who are far above these and to all sense and purposes are nameless.... After reading such, and it is prevalent in most walks, and just who can blame them!

Have advocated this in three clubs. Said that it could have only good results. Cages to be left out of site on roofs etc. Haven't been able to find a single person interested. Said best to have on a rotary basis. Two evenings on every month. Would soon have cleared them....

Well have to agree with your hetrodox here Numpty01. You have saddled both horses to a T. So as you say, doesn't really matter a jot if it's their real name or user, it is as you say, and I said in my first post, it is the content of the posts that matter... the others / or whatever good or bad or indiffeent posters will be and do as they are, and will carry on as such. The only lost would be many wouldn't dare post who do now, and many, very many who will in future won't, and you know the realism is that the very ones who will miss out will be those novices and newbies, who will never post.

You know, this cods wallop has been spouted for 20 years as i know of. There are several, and many good reasons why many are only comfortable going on with a 'User Name' and looking as some attitudes posted I know for a fact it will always be so. The last time, twice before this time now this rubbish was aired, about 8 months ago Several 'WELL known' flyers' emailed me, and others posted good and sensible reasons just why they would stay 'User names'. It won't change, like the ET's it's here, get over it. And just because one wants to put up their real name, it in no way relates that anything untoward via any others that don't! Nor is it a valid to imply as such, let alone that they hiding on a suspicious agenda. Why should it ... Not talking about some Dipsticks as of late hiding behind a 'Username and winding us up, BUT then most of us know that they are doing just that! Yep it gets my goat like others sometimes and that's for sure... but I can live with it and ignore them gits as they deserve. After al it is the simple fact, it is the content posted that is of, or not of value as the case may be. So what if it's $hitlegs with a phobia, if the post is good and helpful that is surely a bonus and good for the site and fanciers alike.
