  1. Communication between organisations is essential, surely a Web/media page could be set up for all UK liberation information, feds clubs etc could post all information regarding liberations... Allowing controllers to reduce the risk of clashing. Go as far to say that shu/rpra could enforce a rule of any liberation over certain number of birds must be posted on said page. Lost count of number of times feds have liberated birds on one route only for another fed on opposite route to go a miles or two up the road. Go to help each other

    Clydesdale Midweek

Next bid on lots 5-9-13 please
  6. Have 20 ybs in nest all around 18 days old... A full hatch and all looking good so happy with that. Another half dozen to collect from friends shortly and then turn attention to start of OB racing hopefully
  7. My birds are feeding first round which will all be weaned across around a weeks time. Have a few latebreds kicking around which will receive some training just shortly, other than that they'll do as they please. Felt like chucking it during the winter after losing 4 hens to hawk but looking at the team now I'm really looking forward to season. Regardless of when racing starts I'll be ready.
  8. Bird gatherings are the only blocker.... Covid restrictions don't stop us from training/racing
  9. Aye full team of diddys 😂 massive clear out required at the giro dome. If rangers turn up they'll wipe the floor with them

So far 100% of replies on this proposal are positive ones...cant really see where a negative or argument against could come from. At the end of the day the commities of both national organisation should follow the will of the majority of those they represent. Anyway we'll done Mr Henry hope it takes off
  19. Other than the total nonsensical snfc programme that has us flying national races in May
  20. Lost 2 race hens last weekend so birds are now locked up. It definitely came as a shock as never been bothered much before by raptors at my loft
  21. It's based on natural darkness... Remember seeing it a few times years ago. Sure I had it on VHS 😂 😂 shows how long ago it was. Obviously he goes into more detail on his feeding and training regimes
  22. Jeezo that's some round trip... Nae nipping back up the road because he's forgot the clock 😂 😂
  23. Mines will be in for a bit... Just noticed my good hen, timer from Maidstone last year is gone... Must have been nabbed over weekend when out for a stretch. She was to be my hope for my first gold cup entry this year ....gutted
  24. fly my small team on natural as I find it much easier to manage the birds around my work and family commitments. Flying on other systems require more regimented approach to get the best from the birds in my opinion. My pigeons can be out on open hole keeping themselves in shape and I'm of the opinion that on the hard races we see in Ayrshire that the natural pigeons come to the fore
