  5. Had 3 sepertate phone calls today to tell me details of my first vaccination date which will be on the 17th June. Obviously really well organised 🙈

  12. Totally agree but just going with normal programming. Just glad we've dates to aim at now as it's a different prep from most years
  13. I'd have thought Guernsey would be equivalent to longest race.
  14. Normally come back in distance for what id call a hens national... Obviously this year's different as we're not having the longest race.... Going on that logic battle would be gold cup race!?
  15. Aye bring it on.... Maybe see a different name at the top of the sheet
  16. I'm told fact... Don't shoot the messenger if it's inaccurate... I've been hounding the source for a while so mibi he's fobbing me off to shut me up 😂.... How can you prepare doos when yoh don't know when there going
  17. Huntington 5/6 Maidstone 19/6 Battle 26/6 Guernsey 9/7 West Bay 23/7
  18. Mines certainly aren't for looking at I can assure you. They'll be ready for the later races if I take care early doors, only my thoughts.
  19. Definitely, a wee cold spell for next few days... definitely worth race controllers looking at later liberations
  20. It was too early to begin with even before the delay to the start of federation programmes
  21. Definitely should be pushed back couple of weeks
  22. Race team had 6 miles Friday and Saturday and will have another 3/4 10 mile chucks this coming week before I allow myself a day off Sunday for a trip down south to visit two classic winners looking forward to that...before a couple 30 milers in the lead up to what will hopefully be the first race the following weekend. Best of luck to everyone this season
  23. Communication between organisations is essential, surely a Web/media page could be set up for all UK liberation information, feds clubs etc could post all information regarding liberations... Allowing controllers to reduce the risk of clashing. Go as far to say that shu/rpra could enforce a rule of any liberation over certain number of birds must be posted on said page. Lost count of number of times feds have liberated birds on one route only for another fed on opposite route to go a miles or two up the road. Go to help each other
