Not wishing to steal anyone's thunder I train with 2 other fanciers and we have few losses from 30 miles. That may be down to luck but I think it's more related to work done en route. On an annual basis I lose fewer birds training than I do flying at home. One of mine was found this week about a mile from home half eaten it had not been trained. For me I'll do whatever gives best returns and will continue to monitor the situation. However, good luck to fanciers who are prepared to try new tactics.

We can agree to disagree John. they will win the vote in Edinburgh because the Greens will vote with them but they still cannot hold a referendum. Brexit is no reason to hold a referendum. its an attempt to undo the wrongs of EU membership especially those introduced by Frau Merkel. For anyone else interested the SNP was formed by a NAZI sympathiser in 1939 in an attempt to destabilise the country they couldn't defeat. Last word on the subject I'm off to find a sheep.

The original post was about how embarrassing the SNP are. That is spot on. They have no mandate for a second referendum and are wasting time discussing this when they should be dealing with issues which are within their remit. They are attempting to stall the very important process we have embarked on to control our borders and to trade with whoever we decide to do so. They claim to want an independent country within the EU. Can someone please explain how that is possible.

From today the devolved Administration are having a 2 day debate on Independance. Why don't they devote that time to discussing education standards which have fallen to an all time low over the past 10 years. The children of this country are being sold down the river while Sturgeon continues with her illusion of importance.

With independence the first thing that would happen would be that demand for housing will drop. The fall in demand will be accompanied by a proportional drop in price. Many people will again find themselves in a negative equity situation.
