Seen a thrush in a hawthorn tree today in the garden, that's the first for umpteen years, got a robin that's always there but otherwise a couple of blackies, stuckies, sparras, craws, jackdaws, magpies, cushies, and seagulls, and of course the sparrow hawk at times

Wattie Soda water contains bicarbonate of soda' check the label' if you get a flare up of gout try 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda in a 1/2 cup of water 3 times a day and you will get pain relief an hour after drinking the first cup' have found that by drinking soda water it stops you getting a bout in the first instance, after a couple of extremely painful attacks l now drink soda water every day, it works by alkalising your system allowing the uric acid crystals to disperse

Soda water is also very good for relieving gout which can be extremely painful
