Booked that weekend off work so i can put in an entry, i like the shows and would hate to see them all gone through lack of support from the fancy. In a lot of ways its more enjoyable than racing because it disnae matter if ye win or not, but it does in the racing season, which can be more frustrating than enjoyable at times!!

I think the easiest way is for a club to charge members an entry fee of say £2 which is split between the first 3/4/5 doos in the race, however many it takes to make it worth while winning that is. Big clubs can pay out say the first 6, with the smaller clubs 3 or something like that. I believe the financial reward should be there for every race, much as i love getting a Red ticket, they don't buy feeding. jmo.

Had a doo reported yesterday from a Mr B, Russell from Colne in Lancashire. Anyone know him or live in that area???

The bush is down the old Ravenscraig site where i walk Max, think the Deer are into them too as i have spooked them a couple of times where the bushes are.

Can anyone identify these???

I have bred myself a new stock team for the next few seasons. Every bird is from an SNFC Section winner paired to another SNFC Section winner or from the son of Better Still x Jim Cullen's silver award winner, paired to Equipoise my own Section winner. I've no doubt that the blood in my loft now is the best it has ever been, just a case of making something of it now!!!!
