paddymac Posted March 19, 2018 Report Posted March 19, 2018 Same here John, I will very rarely sleep much more than that. I put it down to working night-duty for over 10 years.
greenlands Posted March 19, 2018 Report Posted March 19, 2018 Ex-shift worker, what's sleep, lucky to get a couple of hours before I look at the clock, like that most nights.
THE FIFER Posted March 19, 2018 Report Posted March 19, 2018 never usually go to bed before 12 midnight, my dog has me up at 7am, so not bad, sometimes waken through the night so not too bad for being 85 on the 4th of July
Kyleakin Lofts Posted March 19, 2018 Report Posted March 19, 2018 Usually 8 hours or more, but often disturbed through the night. Think the under-active thyroid accounts for that.
walterboswell59 Posted March 19, 2018 Report Posted March 19, 2018 also x shift worker i get 5 hours if im lucky but deff need more and will only get worse as season goes on as the birds get out as soon as i wake
Roland Posted March 19, 2018 Report Posted March 19, 2018 Never know from one night to another. Odd times want a pee ... I ignore that and go back to sleep. It that's stops that habit from starting like it did 20 years ago. When down I go bed real early, even at 7. till I wake up next day at say 12. Better now, I get average 8 hours a night mostly.

Walter swanston Posted March 19, 2018 Report Posted March 19, 2018 Same for me Michael I seldom sleep more than 5 hours.Ihavenot eaten breakfast for 50 years but survive on copious amounts of coffee..Like theFifer I will not see 85 again and I find my biggest problem is catching pigeons manual dexterity decreases with old age.
