We'll start it off on here...

2016 is the best season we have had we won 5 races including the 240mls race and 340mls race we were a bit dissapointed as we got pipped by under 10 mins for the old bird average but won the combined average in the club and i think we finished the season 4th in the fed averages in Lanarkshire fed so happy enough with our lot to be honest

How did we all do this year???

Time in every old bird race...Done. Win a Red card....Done X 2. Time in fae the Gold Cup...Done and at the time I set myself Ypres to score fae as well thinkin we would be at Arras but it was Ypres with the SNFC but none the less I had 2 on both Fed and SNFC Result so ...Done.

Have an almost completely different family of birds for going into 2017 with...Done.

Brucie Bonus they bought all their own feeding etc tae. 😀

settle in to new location, flew all young birds, started racing with 59, finished with 40, think I finish runner up young birds in club, big cammy hard man to beat, so happy with effort , hoping to get better next year,

My main target was to time in from the Gold cup which I failed to do so for the 3rd time starting to really bug me

I won the section 3 teams in the fed taking me to 6 sect wins but was really pleased to do it with the old birds...

Managed 6 club wins also (I think)

But overall my son was born mid season and I still managed to race the whole programme except ypres so happy with that...never went to ypres as I sent my best to the Gold cup and only got 2 hame was scunnered

Ybs I won the 1st 3 club races but only went to 4

Next year target is top the fed and time fae the gold cup....only managed 5th open before twice been 5th but had 5 top ten postions overall

well... my goals were to time from the gold medal race. 1st west sec, 5th open. then sent a broken pigeon to arras and was 6th section. won a club race aswell with old birds.

then with the ybs with natural ybs i was 3rd 4th section. 9th 10th section and then 1st 2nd fed in 3 races so i cant really complain. bought 6 gold rings in january in fed. 4 have flew aycliffe. won £500 and another one was 3rd section dunbar (2) lol.

next years aim is again to time from gold cup/gold medal race and also anther channel race.

My aim was really just to improve my returns and get across the water, never managed I'm afraid but had a good year results wise, for me. 14th, 10th, 3rd and 1st club with one doo and 4th club with another. Returns improved slightly from previous years but still lots of room for improvement. Getting better evry year I think so roll on next year :)

Crap season main aim gold cup failed not convinced it was the birds more than the race, got a couple fae Royes onto next year

I was delighted to get back into a club/fed this year, although its mostly distance birds ive got they did well. Competed in 14 races, 9 x 1st, 12 x 2nd, 7 x 3rd, 5 x 4th = 33 club prize cards in top 4. Federation, I was 34 times in top 10 in section. SNFC highlights are-3 top 10 West Region prizes, 2 x 3rd, 1 x 9th West Region, I enjoyed the season although I lost a few quality birds that had scored several times in the SNFC. Roll on the shows lol

My main aim was to score from the gold Cup which I done taking 20 and 21st section but over all was a poor season as I lost my best racers training for the nationals which was sicking combined with returns from the nationals has put me back a good 3 to 4 years now to rebuild and have another crack

Well done m8, that was the only race I didn't clock in. Whether its down to my management or bad race controlling or a bit of both, who knows.

It's was the worst race I have ever been involved in with top pigeons missing, it has put a lot of people back years myself included but one thing for sure it wasn't the race point as I have had great racing from reims in pervious years

I agree,fk all up with Reims Davy, the amount of top birds lost due to bad controlling this year is unforgivable.

I would be as much use as a chocolate ashtray and am a strong beleiver it had more to do with the transportation than the controlling
