hotrod Posted July 4, 2016 Report Posted July 4, 2016 I heard tonight over 30 birds timed in at clock check!wow that's amazing .I see 25/44 on the site .but prob some with more than one home .
nogin Posted July 4, 2016 Report Posted July 4, 2016 Well done to all concerned with this race I'LL SECOND THAT.
Harry0 Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 MADNESS and CRUELTY!! shouldn't be allowed Really . Have noticed your same comments on this subject before . Obviously your Mystic Meg powers are failing . Septic peg comes to mind . Plenty people in Ireland admire the quality of the few at that distance . Credit where it's due . NUTTER!!! test there birds! this borders cruelty to liberate 44 pigeons at around the 600 mile mark, some national winner I certainly wont be queing for a youngster off it!!!
johno Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 point proven with small convoys. these birds have proven if they are good enough size of convoy matters not one bit. well done to all and a special well done to gordon geddes for making this all possible. gordon has year in year out put an enourmous amount of his own time and resources into helping the pigeon fancy.
blue pied Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 I was up at Fife clocks last night 5/5,2/2,2/2 1/2, 1/1, 3/5 etc. Real top quality doos and quality doo men
johno Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 as usual I forgot to mention the main stay of gordons efforts, margaret hillis. margaret has to put up with his rantin and ravin as he prepares to go where no man has ever gone before. margaret makes pieces, tea, sorts out all his medicines and makes sure he has everything with him he needs. this type of effort by the two has been going on for years. so thanks to the both of you.
Andrew suckle Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 Been a good race well done to all that timed
moscow master Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 Just checked the result on the web site absolutely unbelievable the returns I'd never of thought it possible and to be first and second with only two birds away and get them together is dream material well played all involved just goes to show you don't need a big convoy guid birds win whatever well done
