This race was better than Littlehampton or the Messac race or half a dozen others in recent times, it's the way Most distance races are going to be in future so we all best get used tae it and give Credit where it's due.

I had 18/23 on the night frae Littlehampton and 22/23 all in......so am gan tae have to disagree with you there John....0/2 reims

Any bird doing over 400ypm has Raced according to the rules. In over 200 posts on this thread you put 2 up before today. First questioning Andy Miller because hen once said he only raced Ck's and the next was 'no disrespect' no a very positive reflection on yer fellow fanciers from ye.

eastcoaster Posted June 26, 2016 Report Posted June 26, 2016 It was indeed a very bad race for most and I don,t blame anyone for it , what makes it worse is these birds were the best of the best distance pigeons some have flown 1000,s of miles in their short life time so that tells me it was more than just human error jmo.

My point here is until This post you haven't mentioned congrats, that's where I am coming from....Have barred Ma self fae better places than here and changed my mind, that's my prerogative 🙂

This isn't what Ricky said,but I think it's time we should be discrediting the fancy for continuously allowing this kind of thing to happen. I for one am discrediting myself very much for sending three of my favourite pigeons to a distance and in weather conditions that we all knew fair well there was probably a 1 in 5 chance of ever seeing them again. If this is the future of long distance racing into Scotland, I doubt I'll be a part of it much longer.
