Nothing here m8 10/27 from Sedgefield had enough either chucking it for the season but seriously thinking of packing it in,well done to all the birds that made it home and well done to all the winners

1 this morning 5 still to come out of 14 lost a hell of a young birds this year

As you know Willie, this isn't a new thing, it happens every year. I think its a combination of things, unfit ybs, YBS, BOP, Clashing and a head wind that a lot of birds wont face.

An additional factor and I am just as guilty as anyone else is that we try to jump second rounders in at the 3rd or 4th race. Before the BOP explosion we could get away with that no problem. They followed the batch home.

Unfortunately now, if they are separated from the main body by BOP their mind is too immmature to navigate home.
