alec guinness Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 we will have 50-55 young birds this year,20 on the darkness who will go every week and hopefully the national, and 30ish wee ones which will be trained and given one or two races. :)
andy Burgess Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 intend to breed 45 or 50 (none have hatched yet) less than last year , was building up from scratch last year ,now have some old birds .and hope to breed less in future ,its a lot of work

We man Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 I will take 25-30 max no racing training as in previous years,they are vaccinated and no other treatments in year of birth.these ybs will fly for 2-3 hrs daily no problem.raced some last year but back to old ways this year.just my way and can hold my own in ob racing,i know some folk dont agree but we know one mans food is anothers poison,just thought i would share my thoughts thanks.

Is this more or less than last year? if so, why? thank youWill only be breeding about half my usual amount as last year finished up with a shed full so I have had to turn my one y/b loft into one for the yearlings so about 40 this year.
