Strays are certainly not welcome in our lofts, they bring trouble. Any that do get through are removed at once and placed in widowhood hen boxes, water replenished and floor re-cleaned

Used to collect these year books, got a pile tucked away somewhere. Will always remember 1995 when Jim called me to say I had won Scotland's Own Under 25 Fancier of The Year, mainly thanks to winning 6th Open SNFC Niort that year 613 miles. The presentation night was excellent, still remember it well. Numerous top fanciers from the UK were there and the number of offers for youngsters from them was amazing. Jim's dedication to this venture was magnificent

Aint trying to kid anyone.... far from it, every national result you and I see there is always a handfull of excellent birds that haven't been pooled in the Open yet had they been they would have earned more coin..... However.... must admit I am a relatively light pooler, we only race for the sheer enjoyment of our sport. Willie Hills in Annan on a Saturday afternoon give me far better returns for ma money ;D ;D ;D

I am gobsmacked at the number of fanciers who feature high up in the national results that dont pool in the Open.... what are they afraid of ??) ??)

Enjoyed the show, was in Donny from Friday to Sunday but only at the show for a couple of hours on Saturday, far better delights in the town centre Low point was there was hardly any long distance doos to look at. High point was meeting Alf Good point raised by Mick regarding the latest breeding scandal, these people that flood our shores year in year out need booted out for good....
