  1. Well done to all who braved the elements and made it through.
  2. When I was younger, I was against war and for supporting refugees, the poor, the starving, etc. As I grew older I realised it wasn't as clear cut as I had previously thought and my views began to change. Now I am even older and have grown very cynical. I still do not want wars, but I am very against the waste of money in fighting them and the subsequent waste of money to support the survivors of our folly. That money could be better used to support our pensioners, I'll soon be one, our own poor and starving. Our charities attempt to raise funds for needy causes when our government should be supplying these funds.
  3. If it is from Dave Delea, it will be his and brother Paul's family. Dave and Paul have bred their own family for years, only bringing in a cross from each other's loft. Don't think outside blood has been added for some time.
  4. Good afternoon all. Been a bit busy today.
  5. Well done.
  6. Hope to see you today folks.
  7. Good morning all.

  9. Yes, I'm getting it. Not all the time, but it is happening.
  10. Good morning all.
  11. Looks a brighter morning than of late, but fairly windy here in East Ayrshire.
  12. Good one uncle Harry.
  13. This happened in your area not so long ago Lindsay. You would have hoped the authorities would have taken preventative actions.
  14. They are terrorists!!! That is how they work and think. Whether they do it or not does not matter to them. The threat that they will do it is sometimes enough to cause disruption and terror within civilised societies.
  15. Aye, but they aren't in power in Scotland, so no point griping against them.
  16. I presume it is because they voted against air strikes. The SNP wanted the government of the UK to outline a clear proposal on how many ground forces would be used since bombing may drive out the terrorists, but who will come in to fill the void. It has been admitted that some who fill the void are almost as bad as the ones we are after. SNP also wanted a clear programme of how the area would be stabilised and supported in the rebuild and what our exit strategy would be. The government had no answer for them, so they did not support the government. I may have over-simplified it, but that is the drift of their argument as I picked it up.
  17. Good morning all.
  18. Grey and overcast here in East Ayrshire.
  19. Thought you were going to talk about a film.
