  7. Congratulations Billy and well done lads, good to hear yous had a good race and good returns.
  8. Well done Gordon. Fine to see you lads up in Elgin at the top of the result
  9. Thanks everyone, theres some great fanciers in my club so fair chuffed to get a win, it doesn't happen very often. Had a doo home last night which had been shot. Poor thing was trying to take a drink and the water was pouring out the wound. Amazes me how they make it home sometimes
  10. Nice one stuart was watching your video on face book and was fair impressed with them dropping in like they were
  11. If thousands of protesters are legally ok to gather. what harm is a half dozen doo lads meeting up to basket their birds ?
  12. Yes that latest email today basically fecks the old bird season can only hope to get young birds now
  13. I'm really dissapointed. We had the green light to get going. The guide lines were there for everyone to adhere to. The distance of 5 miles for travel was always a guide line. nicola sturgeon said that in her speech. People could still travel further but recommend 5 miles. 5 miles was never a law. It actually feels like that the SHU have pushed for this although i know they haven't. Just debating whether to move to Glasgow so a can race doos or get budgies
  14. Am sure they will do you a turn, Chris is a good fancier with good doos. Good luck and fair play chris
  15. Aye a was fair chuffed we them, ive a youngster off one away to the Barcelona international one loft race. I've 6 off them to race I'll let you know how they get on
  16. Just watched a few of your videos and fair enjoyed them. I bought a couple latebreds fae jones and son from the latebred sale last year. cracking doos.
  17. My advice would be stick with walkers. £65 to get birds deliverd the following day from anywhere in the uk is cheap the others will cost you more. And some only come up here after they have a few birds to deliver. Walkers have never let me down yet
  18. Cant wait to get going, hopefully not too far away now.
  19. Yes I've been thinking on the same lines. Depending on when we start but there would be no harm In making the race programmes shorter. Most weeks the birds aren't jumping too far anyway.
  20. Race old and you together from same race point youngsters one side of lorry old birds on the othe and release them half hour apart. To allow for space limit the numbers people are allowed to send. You may not get your full teams away but better than no racing at all
  21. Yes big fines are needed with the payments going to NHS and other front line services.
  22. Yes got another 2. I have a cock and 2 hens. I think this sale made alot more. Happy for jim and anne
  23. Did you get the other one you were after? Did you get the other one you were after?
  24. Similar to me I was winning on 5 and ended up with just the 1. Hopefully better luck today
