WE HAVE A KIT OF 6 YOUNGSTERS, JOHN ELLIS, BUSSCHAERT, JAN AARDEN and LEO VAN RHYJEN (spelling). These were bred to come up to the racing loft, but I'm getting hit on a regular basis by BOP. I don't want to add any more potential hawk bait to the current team of birds that are getting street wise, hence the reason for selling. Earlier this year we advertised kits for sale and struggled to fill all the orders, with guys re-ordering for next year. These were sold at £150 FOR 6, FROM PROVEN AND ESTABLISHED PAIRS. This 6 are mainly from birds bought in this year and crossed with established birds. Anyone that has seen the stock or knows us, will know we try to buy the best and spend whatever is the going rate. Some of the lines in these birds would cost a considerable bit more than we are asking for them. These are for sale as a kit at £300. Finally managed to coax a stray into loft, been getting fed at neighbours bird table for more than a week. SU 15 F 1464 Grizzle hen..........any Fellow Fifers wanting to claim it. ;)

Well done Ronnie, wee bit of information about birds. They split into 3 flocks, 2 headed West and 1 headed North. There were still birds flying around Forfar up to 45min after liberation. The birds that made it on the day are game birds, flying into the North is not for the feint hearted. All the best for the rest of the season.

A great sale, really pleased with our new birds. Only hope we can do them justice and keep the Ellis dynasty in the National results. Actually quite a sad day to see a lifetimes work gone in the space of a couple of hours. AW THE BEST

Due to a change in circumstances, we will have YB's for sale from the stock loft. These will be offered in kits of 6 for £150. Since starting racing from my new loft location in 2000, we have won 20+ 1st Federations, 1st Section SNFC OB'S and 1st Sec SNRPC YB's. We have the unique distinction of taking the 1st twenty in the Federation with YB'S. This year we had the 1st three in the Federation from 50miles and from SNRPC YB Nat we were 1st and 3rd Section flying some 60-70miles further than the 1st Open. These birds are tried and tested, winning for others as well as us. PM myself or Smiler if interested

The family have asked me to relay details of Gregor's funeral. Gregor will be cremated at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Mon 7th September at 11:30, to which all friends are invited.

It is with great sadness and fond memories that I tell of the passing of my pigeon partner Gregor Macaulay. Another one of pigeons great characters, gone to the big loft in the sky. Rest in peace my old friend, gone but not forgotten.
