  1. Grizzle hen in with YB's SU 15 L 1163 anyone claim it???
  2. Well done Ronnie, wee bit of information about birds. They split into 3 flocks, 2 headed West and 1 headed North. There were still birds flying around Forfar up to 45min after liberation. The birds that made it on the day are game birds, flying into the North is not for the feint hearted. All the best for the rest of the season.
  3. Brilliant service, reply instantly with e-mail, address and/or phone number, other unions should take note!!
  4. Sorted, thanks. AW THE BEST.
  5. RED CHEQ IN TONIGHT NEHU 2015 BV 784 ANY TAKERS.
  6. I have a mixture of scraped floors every day and wooden grills. As said on previous posts, as long as it's dry. Many roads lead to Rome AW THE BEST.
  7. Best of luck Davey, the earlier ye breed them the longer they have to dodge Percy. AW THE BESTðŸ‘
  8. A great sale, really pleased with our new birds. Only hope we can do them justice and keep the Ellis dynasty in the National results. Actually quite a sad day to see a lifetimes work gone in the space of a couple of hours. AW THE BEST
  9. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Ian AW THE BEST :emoticon-0123-party:
  10. Due to a change in circumstances, we will have YB's for sale from the stock loft. These will be offered in kits of 6 for £150. Since starting racing from my new loft location in 2000, we have won 20+ 1st Federations, 1st Section SNFC OB'S and 1st Sec SNRPC YB's. We have the unique distinction of taking the 1st twenty in the Federation with YB'S. This year we had the 1st three in the Federation from 50miles and from SNRPC YB Nat we were 1st and 3rd Section flying some 60-70miles further than the 1st Open. These birds are tried and tested, winning for others as well as us. PM myself or Smiler if interested
  11. Here's hoping, all the best to all competing................GAME ON;)
  12. Depends oan how many YB's aff Ken's doos yi hae awa' :emoticon-0136-giggle: AW THE BEST Andy.
  13. The family have asked me to relay details of Gregor's funeral. Gregor will be cremated at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Mon 7th September at 11:30, to which all friends are invited.
  14. It is with great sadness and fond memories that I tell of the passing of my pigeon partner Gregor Macaulay. Another one of pigeons great characters, gone to the big loft in the sky. Rest in peace my old friend, gone but not forgotten.
  15. My apologies the Ring No. is SU 15 AB 1761......senior moment. It is in hand.
  16. SU15AB 1761 was handed into me last night by a neighbour. Will need some TLC, but has survived the night. Is wing stamped but no phone number. Ring numbert corrected IM
  17. Spent all day yesterday at a wedding, big thanks to partner Jimmy Curran for manning the racing loft. Timed last night at 21:32 and another at 07:32 this morning. Might have to get him up here for the YB racing.
  18. Certainly is a reason, birds from SNFC must be going to miss the bad weather at the "home" end.Sure that both sets of controllers have their reasons for liberating or not, my original post was that it was strange that no reason given. The best of luck to all racing this weekend.
  19. Difficulty understanding how both decisions can be correct, I also have birds at both racepoints. :emoticon-0138-thinking:
  20. Seems strange that no reason is given for holdover i.e. adverse weather at liberation site etc. Having problems accessing SNRPC Website, last thing I heard was simply HELDOVER............strange!!!!!?????!!!
  21. FLOWN OUT GB12 K 07404 Mobile phone number on wingstamp but going on to voicemail..........any takers
  22. I had a problem with neighbours cat until I invested in 2 very cute Jack Russells. Cat's are very clever, 8 gardens in a row, 1 with 2 cute JR's, the cat never ventures near my loft. My garden loft area is fenced off with a 6ft fence, if any cat is stupid enough to venture over the fence, then nature will take it's course LOL ;)
