  2. what disinformation?
  3. Dont get stressed, but thats easier said than done, until you get the hang of things. Theres plenty of help here, as you have seen already. The cable that you are looking for, is a USB TO 9 PIN, which attaches to the cable that fits to your base station, ours was black in colour.
  4. If you go onto pigeon-ets which is unikons site, it has all the downloads and information that you require to get up and running. It will save you phone calls, and its always to hand for you to look up for help. 1. You firstly need a computer to run it. 2. You need the manager to store your info. 3. You need to input all your personal info in the manager. 4. You need to synchronise your pocket clock. 5. Rings need be assigned for your birds. 6. And away you go. Can the guy that you got it from not help you out. Failing that, just fire the questions up here, and people will help u out regards alex
  5. Speak to unikon for your activation code and all documentation that you require to run it. Is your club set up to take your ets?

  11. Yip Austin, i,m with you, the Maypole. We used to tie a rope to the centre pole to one of the outer bars. Spin it really fast, and once the rope was wound right in, it stopped the maypole really quickly and threw everyone all over the place. Them were the days lol lol

  17. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/dundee-united-fans-have-a-cheek-to-attack-1475500 and also a statement from the guardian, at the start of the whole saga The Scottish Football Association has stated that the Rangers owner Craig Whyte "is not considered to be a fit and proper person to hold a position within association football" following an independent inquiry into the stricken club. The SFA, having originally passed Whyte as fit and proper ahead of his takeover last year.?????
  18. There is no doubting that, read the post. i never once said that rangers were never to blame. But some arab comes on here and starts verbally abusing me, without any substance. Why were rangers fans boycotting the game today??? good for you
  19. I hope its a gers 2 arabs 0. The most important thing is that the young players will get experience.
  20. have any of them been caught yet
  21. Interesting as well. Do young birds fly themselves done? realising that they have overflown, then need to double back, possibly being too far too handle, thus destroying themselves? Its all ifs and buts and maybes, with the only solution being that trackers are fitted to some section birds. For the benefit of the SNFC, why don't the SNFC put up 2-3 trackers per section, have volunteers fit them to their birds, and then conduct a survey. I,m sure there's enough finances in the pot to cover costs, after all it may just help the SNFC in the long run. Only an opinion.
  22. Very interesting alec. Comparing it to the one that i done for the young birds, section A seems to fair better with old birds, as only 1 young bird made it in the top ten. The question has got to be, why, could it be the sheep factor, where young birds tend to stay in a batch, till too late to break? then once they are older they have more confidence to break earlier. It all makes interesting reading, its just a pity that the post gets hijacked to attack people, especially after all the work that the likes of you and i do to give the fanciers the facts of whats happening.
  23. :cry-blow: ???
  24. Gary, jealousy is a sad thing to have. That's all this is, don't give it a second thought, continue what you are doing. Anyone worth there salt will realise that you are genuine person, with nothing to hide. Keep doing what your doing, and all the best for 2013(not that you will need it). kind regards alex
  25. You will NEVER please everyone, when it comes to a national. There is always someone with the least mileage, and someone with the most mileage. Me personally, i think these races are not fair to anyone. Everyone wants to compete with everyone, but how can than be equal, when you have mileage difference from 188 miles to 370 miles. Can you imagine in athletics, 20 people are on the start line, but have to race different distances to get to the finish line. The guy that's a trained sprinter, is going to finish in 10-11 seconds, where as the marathon runner will be running for 2 hours approx. both are brilliant in their field but totally different regarding type of body build required for their race. The marathon runner will never in a month of Sundays run at the same pace as the sprinter to maintain a fair velocity. Whereas formula one would be a different kettle of fish, with the problems being reliability, fuel, tiredness, weightect. They all have the same power(approx), and will be easier to maintain the same speed from 10 seconds to 2 hours, giving a fair velocity, giving a fairer race. The arguments will always be there, unless race points were rotated to share the chance of winning. Oslo would benefit Peterhead, Ireland would benefit the west and Leicester would benefit the east. Is this likely to happen? NO, as it would never be supported by everyone. So what is the answer? go to the race if you want to be part of it, knowing the history of these races. Or don't go knowing the history of these races. Even if every single member was given the chance to vote proposals through, the sections with the biggest chance of winning will always win. This is only my opinion. regards alex.
