Hello everyone, The show is seeking sponsors £30 each, or raffle prizes, for this to be a major success. Over £500 has been received so far, which is great. Fife clubs are asked to support the show by sponsorship of £30, which ultimately helps all round. Raffle prizes can be anything, ie Pigeons, feeding, for her, for him, for everyone, anything. Well done to all the people who attended our presentation night last night. John Duthie being the guest of honour, done a great job presenting the trophies to our 2012 worthy winners. Fife Fancier of the year being Terry Turpie and John mcMord, who had an amazing year, well done. 20 yes 20 Fife members turned up, with Maxi bringing his yearly crowd for the last time, well done Maxi. Jimmy bell who has been through the worst time of his life, at his mothers funeral on friday, rest in peace Jimmys mum, and brilliant effort from Jimmy, who by the way won the Annie Bowes trophy for all his great work in pigeons. I was seated with Davie Baldie and Eric Reid. later joined by Gordon Turnbull. Sean Diamond and his group enjoyed the night lifting a few trophies. Archie Frew, David Frew Jock Grubb and national winner Jocky King and wife from Novar, Jock Scott and Ann, John Honeyman and partner along with Sean Diamond from Kennoway, Austin Whitaker and wife Betty from Methilhaven, Brian Kinnear, Terry Turpie Maxi Jimmy bell Bob Wilson and rosie from Glenrothes and Leslie, myself from Lochgelly Dougie Barnes from Crossgates, Eric Reid and Gordon Turnbull from Dunfermline, John McCord and Stuart Donaldson from Perth and finally Davie Baldie from St Andrews. Great night, once again well done to all who made the night by making the effort.

Fife has a council meeting in December where we plan to discuss it there. The ground work with all the relevant details (racepoints, birdage, costs ect), will continue throughout. We need to make sure all the details are there and correct before putting it to the members, thats why the agms are a good place to make a decision, as its up to all the members.

Meeting went very well and the foundations are there. Lots of details to sort out with the blessings of the Feds members via agms

Alteration made to result for Brian Kinnear at 10 position. Thank you for all the nice comments, it means a lot. Our fed has been put through the mill for the past 7 years, what with the fife split ect. If doing this type of thing brings a bit happiness and positiveness to our fed, then i,m a happy lad. Ill continue to do things in the same manner, for the benefit of federation. I can confirm that we are in the process of building a customized web site, where we can keep our feds members and others who follow us, up to date with all our goings on. It will be built through the winter, and you will see it progressing, just like our fed. I think that the race yesterday has went a huge step in the right direction of bringing Angus Dundee and Fife together in joint convoying. All be it that it wasnt planned, it worked out very well.
