Only bird on the day into Derry in the YB Nat from Talbenny in Wales, scored out of most channel race points including St. Malo in France taking Club and Fed positions.

Worth every penny it makes buy the info givin , its a cross not full bricoux tho still very nice

Agree it's more like 80year out of date bricoux was at his height in the 1930s.

I think a cross as bricoux was a Belgian and sion was French.

Arthur Bricoux and Paul Sion exchanged young birds, and the rest was history the lines were successful in both lofts

I had Blood Red and proper Mealies which were Bricoux Osmans and am positive Eddy Newcombe had them also. I also believe it to be a fallacy saying they are past it as a long forgotten strain as as been proved in an earlier post.

They were good honest all rounders that have been basterised since the Eighties in favour of sprinters..

No Alf, I am sorry to say I dropped her in her first race.. In hindsight I should have kept her for a couple of youngsters but its like everything in the Doo game ! Take a shine to something and it's sure to go down, She might even have went back to London..

Don't know how you can say any strain is out of date there are other strains that have been going for as long dose that mean we should all be buying vandenabeeles lol.
