bullcock Posted September 6, 2015 Report Posted September 6, 2015 I had 10 potentials on Friday, but waiting on one from Thirsk and one home with a broken leg, some have thrown their 8th flight so cagey about sending them, so we will decide on basket day, probably about 5.

Delboy Posted September 7, 2015 Report Posted September 7, 2015 Not the way to cut back Del ,u surprise me .? ???? I surprise you Willie, how? I would never send a pigeon to any race unless it was prepared, healthy and in good feather .Ive 50 odd obs ( 42 of these have flown 280-606 mls )and want to get right down as I don't have a club/fed and keeping too many for fk all. The ybs ive got, the best conditioned ones, will go to the SNFC Nat, as what the fk else am I keeping them for
blucock Posted September 7, 2015 Report Posted September 7, 2015 Hoping to get 2-3 birds away - big challenge for Ayrshire yb historically but you have to be in it to win it
tyson Posted September 7, 2015 Report Posted September 7, 2015 this could be the best chance for the west as the forecast at present is showing a east south east wind for saturday
peter2010 Posted September 7, 2015 Report Posted September 7, 2015 this could be the best chance for the west as the forecast at present is showing a east south east wind for saturdaySo your more or less saying it will be a holdover then
blucock Posted September 7, 2015 Report Posted September 7, 2015 Haha if they held over due to an east wind the whole of the west of Scotland should resign their membership - 75% of races flown in a west wind .... I realise you are kidding. Aren't you ? Lol
